Chapter History

In 1965, Delta Gamma came to the University of Memphis. It was one of the first sororities to come to this campus and is still going strong.

We are excited to continue welcoming new members through formal and informal recruitment. Membership in Delta Gamma has grown to over 142,000 women worldwide, with 1,446 collegiate chapters and more than 250 alumnae groups across the United States and Canada. 

Every sister of Delta Gamma brings her unique personality and talents, adding something new and fun to our chapter. The 2022 member class is already getting involved with leadership in DG, as well as on campus, carrying on Delta Gamma's motto: Do Good.
